For orders under $400, we ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) to anywhere within the continental U.S. Shipping rates are displayed during checkout base on # of items and destination. If you need express shipping, please send email to yaffa@yaffaactivewear.com.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. All orders shipped within the continental U.S. should arrive within 5-7 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at info@yaffaactivwear.com
WHAT'S OUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you love your Yaffa. But If you're not happy with your purchase you have 14 days for a full refund, from the delivery date. All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the return. If its after 14 days you will get store credit in the form of a code that will get generated and sent to you.
*Note: All sales are final - NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES
Remember to include a copy of the packing slip and your order number and we'll take care of the rest. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we'll let you know we've received them and inspect the items. If approved, we will issue a refund or credit / exchange within approximately 48 hours. Please allow for 10 business days to see returns reflected on your credit card statement. CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
